The problem

Staff schedules at Muskoka Woods were kept in Excel spreadsheets.

My contribution

I built the platform on my own over summer 2026, without a formal title. It led to my hiring at Muskoka Woods in August 2026, where I now work as a part-time consultant software engineer.

  • Parses existing Excel schedules into staff calendars.
  • Uses AI to summarize SOPs so staff can find what matters quickly.

Outcome
